The consortium — comprising a major construction group and a civil engineering firm — was not simply evaluating equipment. Day-by-Day: How the Programme Unfolded
Day 1 — Guangzhou: Framing the Strategic Lens
The programme opened not with a company visit but with an executive briefing session at the delegation's hotel.
