TESTIMONIALS

What Our Clients Say

“When we came back, the board discussion changed. We were no longer talking about ‘China speed’ in general terms — we were talking about specific workflows, suppliers, and management choices.”
CFO

Chief Operating Officer

European industrial components company

Rotterdam, Netherlands

“We came to China with questions about supply chain speed and production flexibility. The program helped us see the operating logic behind both — not as abstract market trends, but as real practices inside companies.”
HO

Head of Operations

European industrial components company

Stuttgart, Germany

“The program gave our team a more grounded view of China’s market environment. The company visits were useful, but the real value came from connecting what we saw with expert discussions and our own strategic questions.”
IGL

International Growth Lead

European consumer technology company

Amsterdam, Netherlands

“Our team wanted to understand why Chinese EV companies move so quickly from concept to production. The program helped us look beyond product features and focus on workflow, decision-making, and ecosystem coordination. That perspective was difficult to get from reports alone
SM

Strategy Manager

European clean mobility technology company

Munich, Germany

“The value was not just in visiting companies, it was in how the conversations were framed as well. BvisChina helped us ask better questions, compare what we saw with our own operating model, and return with a more grounded view of China.”
DBD

Director of Business Development

European B2B software company

Copenhagen, Denmark

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow sufficient time for customization. For larger groups or specialized programs, 2-3 months notice is preferred.
Our programs typically include company visits with executive meetings, expert-led discussions, transportation, translation services, and comprehensive program materials. Accommodation and meals can be arranged upon request.
Absolutely! We specialize in custom programs. If you have specific companies or industries in mind, we'll do our best to arrange visits based on availability and your objectives.
We provide professional interpretation services in English, Mandarin Chinese, and can arrange for other languages upon request. All program materials are available in English.
We accommodate groups ranging from 5 to 50 participants. For optimal experience and interaction quality, we recommend groups of 10-20 executives. Larger groups can be split into smaller cohorts.
The programmes are built around company access, not classroom time. Most of each day is spent in meetings with executives and R&D leaders inside Chinese companies. Whether a specific relationship follows depends on your objectives — our role is to give you the context and the introductions to pursue it, not to deliver lectures.
Direct dialogue. Sessions are arranged with company leadership and technical teams, with interpretation provided. A site walk-through is usually part of it, but the point is the conversation — how they think about their market, their technology, and their competition.
By seeing systems in production and talking to the people who run them. The gap between what is written about Chinese AI and what is actually shipping becomes clear once you are in the room. We prioritise companies deploying technology at scale over those selling the story.
Yes. Programmes are designed around a group's industry and strategic questions, not a fixed itinerary. Boards and C-suite teams typically want fewer, deeper sessions with peer-level executives rather than a broad tour of many companies. See our corporate leadership programmes for the board-level format.
Most previous visits were either trade delegations or conference trips. The difference here is who you sit with and what gets discussed: sessions are arranged at the level of people who own decisions, and the agenda is built from the questions your team brings rather than a standing itinerary. If you tell us what you saw last time, we will tell you honestly whether we can add to it.
Your objectives are shared with host companies only to the extent needed to arrange a useful session, and we agree that boundary with you in advance. Where a topic is commercially sensitive, it stays in the briefing with us and is not passed on. We are equally bound in the other direction: what a host company discusses in the room stays there.
Occasionally one does — a plant goes into a production freeze, or a senior host is called away. We plan alternates for each programme and will substitute a comparable company rather than fill the slot with something weaker. If a genuinely equivalent replacement is not possible, we say so rather than pretend the schedule is intact.
