1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging BvisChina for program services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all business immersion programs, executive education programs, corporate visits, and related services provided by BvisChina.
2. Services
BvisChina provides business immersion and executive education program services including company visit coordination, executive dialogue facilitation, itinerary planning, and cultural interpretation. Specific services are defined in your program proposal and service agreement.
3. Booking & Payment
- Program dates are secured upon receipt of deposit (typically 30-50% of program fee)
- Full payment is due 14 days before program start date
- Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation
- All prices are quoted in USD or EUR unless otherwise stated
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- 30+ days before start: full refund minus administrative fee
- 14-30 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before start: no refund (program preparation costs incurred)
- Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Liability
BvisChina acts as a program coordinator and is not liable for incidents arising from third-party services (transportation, accommodation, company visit venues). Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance. BvisChina maintains professional liability insurance for its coordination services.
6. Intellectual Property
Program materials, itineraries, and methodology are proprietary to BvisChina. Client confidential information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Shanghai.
9. Programme-Specific Terms
All BvisChina programmes are subject to additional terms set out in the programme proposal and service agreement. These include specific cancellation policies, insurance requirements, and confidentiality obligations. Participants are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in China, including export control restrictions and data protection requirements.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or travel restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative programme arrangements.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
BvisChina processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Chinese data protection regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). We collect only the information necessary to deliver your programme — names, contact details, dietary requirements, and professional affiliations. Data is stored securely on servers within China and is never sold to third parties. Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting inquiry@bvischina.com. For cross-border data transfers related to programme coordination, we rely on standard contractual clauses and explicit consent.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients with active programme agreements will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version is always available at bvischina.com/terms/.
